I am Lizzy-Rose, the founder of Internal Development. I am a woman balancing a busy family, a corporate career, community work, and my own ongoing journey of growth. Like many women, I’ve lived through seasons that have stretched me, shaped me, and taught me more about who I am and what truly matters.

Over the last 20 years, I have held various leadership roles, completed tertiary studies, and held multiple non-executive board roles. I have managed teams, introduced new brands, supported product development, and travelled too much along the way. I have always been drawn to people, how they think, what motivates them, how they navigate change, and the importance of individualism.

Outside of work, my world is full and beautiful. I live in Brisbane with my family, and they are the most valuable part of my existence. I volunteer within my community, supporting women and young people, work that keeps me connected to purpose. When I need to slow down, you’ll find me crocheting quietly, or out in nature with my boxer dog, Mango who insists on being part of every adventure.

I’ve faced my share of challenges, and those experiences are a big part of why I do this work. During my most challenging times I always sought out personal development teachers, mentors, and coaches who helped me grow through the difficult seasons and helped me step up into the next version of myself.
